Bloomhouse

Info: A piece created for Seattle Design Festival’s 2021 theme: Emerge. In 2021, Seattle emerged as a stronger community depicted in the relatable illustrations communicating moments of the 2020 pandemic. These illustrations became the basis of what became Bloomhouse.

Above are illustrations I was able to contribute to the piece depicting positive changes that came from the unexpected year of 2020. The illustrations were eventually etched onto sheets of acrylic which then became the outlines needed to invite the community to participate and express their individual experiences.
